Our VIP design day is an intensive 1-on-1 booking with our design studio that is dedicated  solely on you and your design priorities for an entire day.

What can we achieve during a VIP Design Day?

Before we start your VIP Design Day, we’ll have a meeting so we can pre-determine your list of priorities but here are some ideas on what we can do.

How VIP Design Days work

The key to having a successful VIP Design Day is preparation so we can knock off everything on your design to-do list

1. Discovery Call

Prior to your VIP Design Day we’ll have a 30 minute Discovery Call where we will go through your goals and what you want to achieve on the day.

2. Book your VIP Design Day

If you want to go ahead with your VIP Design Day, we will send you a link to our calendar so you can choose which day works best for you.

Once you’ve chosen your day, you will just need to sign the contract and pay the deposit!

3. Homework Time

To make sure we are prepared for your VIP Design Day and so we don’t slow things up on the day, we’ll send you some homework to do.

This will vary depending on what tasks we are accomplishing on the day but may include fonts, copy, images, business information.

4. Prep Call

On the morning of your VIP Design Day, we’ll have another 30 minute phone call to finalise our tasks for the day, make a priority list and create a game plan to get you the results you’re after.

5. Design Time

It’s time for us to start making magic and working on your design list. To make things go faster, we will need you to be available during the day so we can message or call you with any questions, edits or reviews we may have.

6. File Handover

At end of the day, all final files will be sent to you. If you need additional time or edits, you can book us for another day or half-day where we can go more in depth.

  • In a word, yes. So we can make the most of your VIP Design Day, having you be readily available for any questions or design reviews means we can get as much done as possible.

  • Of course! We want you to be happy about the design work we are creating. This means we will need you to be readily available during your design day to give feedback. So make sure when booking, to choose a day that works for you and create a plan that suits your schedule.

  • It’s important to remember when you are booking your VIP Design Day, you’re booking time, not a specific set of deliverables.

    We’ll work through your tasks in the order of priority that we establish during your prep call on the day.

    We are committed to working quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality, however sometimes projects take longer than anticipated.

    If you need additional time to get everything completed, we can look to book an additional half or full day.

  • The biggest killer when it comes to VIP Design Days is lack of organisation. This is why we need to be as prepared as possible and have you provide everything we have requested prior to the day. During the prep call on the day we will also need you to give us a prioritised to do list of items you want us to tackle on your day.

  • We only have a limited number of VIP Design Days a month and we do tend to book out. If you are planning for a launch or need to get your project done within the next 1-2 months, you should book your discovery call ASAP.

  • After your VIP Design Day, you will get one week of support. This means we’ll be available to answer questions, but not to create more designs or make edits.

  • With over 15 years of experience, we’ve learned the best ways to maximise efficiency and streamline the design process. We ensure we are organised before the day by requesting content and anything else we may need from you before the day. This way we can get into the design zone and not be distracted by anything or anyone else.

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of your booking to secure your chosen day. You can pay by via bank transfer, PayPal or with a credit card. The remainder can be paid anytime before your VIP Design Day.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable, but your VIP Design Day can be rescheduled after paying an 15% administration fee.
